The NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) has been developed to be used in the engineering, building and construction industries. From major infrastructure projects to highways construction, this contract enables you to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

This is the core document from which the options A-F are extracted. It contains all core clauses and secondary option clauses, together with the schedules of cost components and forms for contract data.

• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
