JCT’s Works Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Purchaser or Tenant complements the Management Building Contract documents and is only to be used with a works contract let under the Management Building Contract. This Warranty is to be given by the Works Contractor to a Purchaser(s) or Tenant(s) of the whole or part of the building(s) that comprises the project.
