ViperGas - ACSR-SU21 - ACS Reassessment (ACS Preparation Workbook)

This workbook is used in preparation for reassessment by a qualified Gas Safe Register engineer who needs to maintain existing ACS qualifications. It is a legal requirement to complete reassessment every five years to retain Gas Safe Registration in Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1) and any appliances the engineer is already qualified in. Gas Safe Registered engineers will be required to prove existing certification (or an expired certificate no longer than twelve months) when undertaking reassessment.

As reassessment focuses on the understanding and knowledge of changes within the industry since an engineer has passed initial assessment, this workbook covers such changes over the previous five year period, categorised by industry organisations responsible for regulations and standards.

It is therefore important to use a recent revision of this workbook when preparing for reassessment to ensure it covers the relevant subjects.
