NFDC Form of Direct Contract 2023 Edition
Owing to the statutory provisions introduced by the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 and more particularly Part 8 of the Act, which only recently came into force, we have felt it necessary to revise some provisions of the existing form of Direct Contract 20215 Edition.
The NFDC Form of Direct Contract issued in 2015 was revised in 2018 (with no changes) and again in 2020 and renamed NFDC Form of Direct Contract 2020.
The only major change to the 2020 version is Section 33 – Service Of Notice to include Emails to ensure it is suitably modernised.
The NFDC Form of Direct Contract has been updated in July 2023 to include amendments to the Hazardous Materials, Contaminated Materials or Contaminated Substances within the Conditions of Contract and also Section 15.

- Request a Returns Authorisation Number
- We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
- Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
