JCT Contracts Discovery 2026 has been substantially updated and revised for 2026, providing an improved and more in-depth tool for those in construction education.

JCT Contracts Discovery is designed for teachers and students involved in the study of JCT contracts and contract procedures in the construction industry.

It can be used by education providers for teaching about JCT contracts either as a stand-alone topic, or as part of a broader study of the construction process and construction contracts.

The 2026 version of JCT Contracts Discovery has been substantially revised from the 2018 version, updated to refer to the JCT 2024 Edition of Contracts, and including new content and chapters.

JCT Contracts Discovery provides:
